No, Only in India.

What should I do if the product delivered by you is damaged or defective?

No worries. Please report the defective or damaged products to our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery via email You must attach images of the product clearly highlighting the damage or defect.

What is Classy Tulip's Cancellation Policy?

You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on website.

How soon will I get my orders and what are my shipping options?

We know you’re excited for your order–we are too! It typically takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Once it ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can  track your order as it makes its way to your home. Depending on where you live, ground shipping takes anywhere between 3-7 business days to arrive to your door.

How can I pay for my order at Classy Tulip?

You can pay via instamojo, paytm, Gpay, debit card, credit card, UPI etc.

How do I apply a coupon on my order?

You can apply a coupon on cart page before order placement.

What are the Shipping Charges?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

How to know shipment confirmation & order tracking?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Gift Wrapping service available?

Yes, you can send gift orders to your friends/family members on Classy Tulip. For an additional charge of Rs. 25, you can choose to gift wrap your order by selecting the option in your shopping bag. Your gift will also include a personalized message from you.
